We invite you to take part in the Sewists & Creative Hobbies Bazaar , a friendly day where materials find their second life — in the hands of new creators.

Concept

A day entirely dedicated to lovers of sewing, textiles, creative hobbies and art in all its forms. No workshops, no activities — just a big bazaar where everyone can sell, trade or hunt for treasures. A warm, simple, friendly place where you rummage, discover, chat, and leave inspired!

Consignment and donations

  • We would be happy to receive your donations, which will be sold to benefit the Christmas stockings project for underprivileged children. Simply email us at [email protected] so that we can arrange the collection of your items.

  • We can also accept items on consignment, which we will resell for you with a 30% commission. To do so, you will need to drop off your items that same morning, making sure that each item or lot is clearly identified with your name, email, phone number and the desired price. Payments will be made by transfer in the days that follow, after deduction of the 30% commission. At the end of the Bazaar, you will need to come pick up any unsold items. Please email us describing the items you wish to sell at [email protected].

Table rental

  • $20 for the day (taxes included) per table and $5 for 1 additional table (maximum 2 tables per exhibitor), including chairs 
  • One 6-foot table = one space to sell your own items

Admission price for visitors

  • $2 per person (free for children and exhibitors).
    We are taking part in a Christmas stockings project for underprivileged children in Gatineau. Last year we were able to do our part to treat more than 200 children. This cause is extremely close to our hearts.
