IMPORTANT: Tents, canopies or awnings:

You must provide your own canopy and it is MANDATORY to equip your tent with suitable weights to ensure its stability in case of wind, for safety reasons. It is recommended to use 20 lb (9.1 kg) weights each for each tent leg. Although these weights are suitable for a park, they may prove insufficient in strong winds. Therefore, it is advisable to plan additional measures to ensure proper anchoring of the tent. Weights are MANDATORY at events or markets organized by Aléo.

Does your tent have the required rating? These ratings address the flammability of the fabrics used in tents and leisure awnings. The materials self-extinguish when exposed to a flame source.  Tents, awnings, canopies or sun shelters must be compliant. See section 5.7, page 5 of the Outdoor Special Events Requirements Guide.
